Great choice of products and no fuss quick delivery

Paid £9.99 for Wiggle+ which is meant to give next day delivery. This is clearly false advertising as it's been 5 days and I haven't received my order. So not only do they have my £9.99 but also £50 for my order which I haven't received. Had to order from from another company who managed to deliver within 2 days and for free. I won't be using Wiggle again and will be telling others to do the same. Will be contacting customer services every day until I get my refund.

I was impressed with the delivery time although it was not updated in the system. But I received the parcel in 5 days.

I have used Wiggle several times and always been pleased.
This time I had to return an item (didn't fit).
Process was simple and within a few days I had been informed the goods had been received and a refund was being credited to the card.
Very happy to recommend ( good prices too!)

Easy to find products, quick delivery

Needed additional fuel for an ultra and previous seller fell through. Wiggle had what I needed and options to pay for immediate delivery. Perfect and got me through my Race.

Been a regular user but f Wiggle for years now and generally had great service.
Sadly their chosen courier Evri is extremely poor.
I bought an expensive Garmin computer, paid extra for tracked delivery and a week later and still haven’t received it.
Wiggle won’t do anything until Evri confirm it has been lost and like the rest of us it’s impossible to communicate with Evri so I have to wait.
Wiggle chose to use Evri as a courier, so they have to take responsibility and now because my item is ‘expensive’ they won’t send out a replacement or refund until Evri confirm it’s lost.
This is poor Wiggle

wiggle used to be the "go to" in terms of stock, delivery speed and refunds...I'm afraid I'm using these guys less and less and as a Platinum member stuff just never arrives over the weekend and the last 2 orders have been lost completely...Coincidence? since moving to Evri...these guys are shocking. I'm Sigma all day long as never once had an issue

Just taken up OWS and got all the right kit from Wiggle. Excellent service , super fast delivery , great prices and quality . Definitely would recommend 👍🏼

Easy, informed and efficient

Great frame for what I needed

The item was supposed to be delivered on a particular day and texts were sent confirming that to be the case. I was unable to be in as working and there was no safe place to leave it however neighbours were available. I received a text confirming the item had been delivered (and a partial photo showing a person holding my item) however upon arriving home there was no delivery note through my door so I had no idea where my item had been left. The next day I knocked on several doors to retrieve the parcel to no avail then a day or so later left notes through neighbours doors still trying to locate the item. Frustrated I later contacted customer services at Wiggle who were then able to advise me where my item had been left. I have given the experience 2 stars as a result of this whole experience and whilst Wiggle were helpful in my view this whole experience was awful. An almost never again scenario frankly!

Next day delivery quality chain very happy

Bought the ultegra carbon pedals for a new bike I was getting. Already have them on my other bike and they are a great set of pedals. Bought off Wiggle as they are a trusted site and I’ve used them many times before they were slightly more expend than other sites but with the free delivery it almost made up the difference. All in all great product delivered promptly.
